After a long and successful career in marketing, I recognized the need to do work that has impact - that helps people connect to the best version of themselves so they could bring the best version of themselves to their careers, their relationships and to the world around them.

I bring my coaching training (CTI), my 8 years as a client of my own amazing coach, and a lifetime of experience facing and overcoming challenges to the work I do with my clients.

A little bit about me:

• Born and raised in suburban Chicago (where I reside today with my daughter and a Golden Retriever named Summit)

• Proudly raising an amazing daughter who graduates from high school in Spring 2020 

• I have been practicing and teaching martial arts for 30 years. I have studied Muay Thai, Jeet Kune Do, Aikido, Tae Kwon Do (2nd Degree Black Belt) and western boxing. My daughter (she's a first degree black belt) and I both teach Tae Kwon Do at a martial arts school in Chicago and run women's self defense seminars throughout the Chicago suburbs  

• I have spent the past 28+ years in integrated marketing with the last 14 years spent running my own agency (www.engagemarketinginc.com)

• I play guitar and sing in a band called SUPERBLOOM

• I am attempting to climb the Seven Summits (the tallest peak on each of the 7 continents). So far I have climbed Kilimanjaro (Africa) and Elbrus (Europe) along with Mt Rainier (Washington State) and Lobuche Peak (Nepal).
